When will we have debates?

Debats will occur when there is a motion set by a congress member and it is seconded by another congress member. A motion is an idea or action that is suggested to be implimented. If another congress member rejects it, then a debate will occur for one day. After the debate, all members of congress will either accept or reject the motion made. As CEO, i can make a motions as well. And if a congress member disagrees, then i will debate the congress member for the same length of time and the congress will either vote to accept or reject my motion. When a debate occurs, a new thread will be open for the occasion with a poll.
