The Vision of Chaos

Welcome to Chaos:
Salutations Generals, I bring to you the newest and freshest alliance to be born yet: Chaos. We are developing an alliance that will bring unmatched support and powers to our most loyal members with full of rewards as well as incentives. We will be growing different Departments each lead by its own Vice that will all work together to bring a unique gaming experience never seen before or will not be matched. The war that we will bring to our enemies will be based on solid intelligence and military style precision. For know lets us share how we plan to make these lofty goals a reality.
The Congress is made up of the top 10 contributors to the alliance and will have immense powers as well as high rewards in free resources. Anytime there is a proposition of war against another alliance, there will be a poll developed in these forums. The congress has the power to declare war or overrule a declaration of war. Also, as the Department of economy grows, we will be able to give free resources to the Congress as rewards for their contribution. Many other ideas are planned for the congress that is still in consideration.
The alliance will be comprised of several departments that all will be lead and govern by its own Vices. These Department include Economy, War, CIA and more to come. First, the Economy will have farming alts we use to farm resources that will be used as rewards to congress or in the event of a war, to feed a city that has been captured, so that it can rebuild its army and still be combat effective. The Department of War will be the central hub we all visit to gather the targets and exact time to launch an attack in order that all those involved will have attacks synched with other members. The CIA is our intelligence hub which we will base our war strategies upon. The details of this Department is classified.
Further details will come in the days to follow that out line the requirements to become a Vice, changes to be made or new plans that we will implement. Also, we will be opening new forums to introduce yourselves, offer recommendation and many more, that will make us all closely connected. As of now, we want to leave you with the impression when our vision becomes a reality, our military precision in war, our support to our alliance members, and our dedication to the game, will burn into the minds of our enemies, we do one thing best: cause, Chaos.
